Werewolves
Werewolves are the characters with super human athletic, sensory, and regenerative abilities. The can shift into even stronger, hairier humans under extreme stress or when triggered at the sight of a full moon. Chances are, unless you are a rare exception, your character won't start out as a werewolf right off the bat. But when the do fall victim to the cursed bite, they find themselves capable of impossible things. However, they must remember that outside the Paladin, almost NO ONE knows about the existence of werewolves. Therefore a werewolf does not shift on a busy street in broad day light. They must do their best to not draw attention to themselves, both to protect themselves from the Paladin, and the prying eyes of other humans.
As selected when you created your character profile, a werewolf can be defined by one of three moral alignments: Evil, Good, and Neutral. When your profile is accepted, your name will change to the color of your character's moral alignment: Dark Red for Evil, Slate Blue for Good, and Chartreuse Green for Neutral.
Evil- These are the baddest of the bad. With super human strength, speed, and agility, your entire purpose is to satisfy your own needs and urges, with no consideration for the well-being of others. Each person is different, but chances are you are probably more violent and aggressive. It's not unusual that you would often lie, cheat, and steal to get what you want. You may even abuse people, physically, verbally, emotionally (remember let's not get too violent. PG-13 remember?) and manipulate them however you see fit. But for those with control, you know you can't go on random killings without drawing attention. Be sure to play it down when you're out destroying lives.
Good: Not always prude, but the werewolves with good alignments are morally just. They take others into consideration, always mean well, even might go out of their way to help others, as best as a werewolf can. No, you don't put on a cape and act like a superhero as you charge into a flaming building. You need to remember no to draw attention to yourself. But a Good werewolf does what he can to benefit society with his new abilities. This includes CONTROLLING their natural URGES which is a MAJOR PRIORITY.
Neutral: These characters are more complicated. They probably won't rip apart whole towns, but are unlikely to go out of their way to protect others from danger. Morally gray, Neutral werewolves mainly struggle between balancing control and desire and make up most of the werewolves we see today. As for their actions, it all depend on their personalties as they could go either way.
Paladin
Strong fighters, the Paladin go back thousands of years in legend, fighting the monsters and demons of the world. A secret organization spanning the globe with sparse pockets everywhere, the higher levels of power have often been corrupted by greed and the thirst for control. However, most are simply fighters lead by their lieutenant, hunting Lycans, or what most refer to as werewolves. Morals do come into play in their action, but the Paladin remain mixed together in the same character faction. Skilled at fighting, some prefer crossbows, others shot guns, and others nothin more than their Bowie knife and clenched fists. Demon hunting mercenaries, they are typically paid well to keep quiet, though many would prefer nothing more than to fight rough all day long. However if there is a threat someone might spill the beans, they don't live long to think it all the way through. Secrecy is the top most priority for the Paladin, and the hunters are no exception.

Humans, to put it plainly, are simply characters neither Paladin, nor werewolf. Most everyone is oblivious to this supernatural reality, but there are a few who are in on the secret. Some are bounty hunters, seeking werewolves as if they were the most dangerous game. Others are in law enforcement trying to keep the general public safe while maintaining their job without getting release on a count of mental instability. And a few are just caught in the mix, finding a friend or loved one to be a werewolf or member of the Paladin and just trying to keep things in perspective. However there are know bounty hunter families and outside the Paladin no more than two humans together have any knowledge.
